Los Angeles Consular Corps will join the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade https://www.tournamentofroses.com/rose-parade in inviting Heads of Posts, Consular employees and families to an extraordinary day of fun and adventure.
The Diplomatic Community of Los Angeles are invited to a “behind the scenes” tour and experience at the float building facility. This event will be one day in advance of the parade’s public tours and allows our members to meet exclusively with the parade float builders, engineers and floral teams and learn first-hand how the floral floats in the Rose Parade are built.

On November 18, 2017, a new museum will open in Los Angeles – “Wende Museum”. https://www.wendemuseum.org/
Wende is a collections-based research and education institute that preserves Cold War artifacts and history, making resources available to scholars and applying historical lessons of the past to the present.

Los Angeles Consular Corps has arranged to have museum academics educate us in a private setting on the museum, the history and exhibits, and the guide us privately through the museum. These will need to be in small groups, so, RSVP’s to participate in our exclusive group is mandatory and should be submitted no later than December 1, 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org
